2. Delivery Areas
We deliver across Bangladesh, including:
- All major cities (Dhaka, Mymensingh, Chittagong, etc.)
- District towns and selected rural areas
If your area is outside courier coverage, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
3. Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka & Mymensingh: 2–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: May take up to 10 business days
Delivery time starts after payment confirmation (or order verification for Cash on Delivery).
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs depend on product weight, size, and destination.
- The total charge will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Large or heavy items (e.g., paint drums, cement tools) may require additional delivery fees.
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed daily (except Fridays and government holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed, we’ll notify you by SMS or email with delivery details.
- Tracking information will be provided (if available from the courier service).
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most areas.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
- Refusing a confirmed COD delivery may affect your future ordering privileges.

- Please check your package upon delivery.
- If a product is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
